This role is ideal for an experienced banking leader who can successfully manage today's business while building for what comes next. You'll translate enterprise strategy into action, drive deposit growth, enhance products and customer capabilities, develop a high-performing team, and partner across the organization to create scalable solutions for the future.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead Deposit Banking strategies that support enterprise growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to grow deposits, acquire new relationships, and deepen existing customer relationships
  • Evaluate deposit products and services and recommend new or enhanced offerings, features, and capabilities
  • Monitor product performance, customer adoption, competitive trends, and business results
  • Lead Deposit Banking operations with accountability for customer service, efficiency, risk, compliance, and operational performance
  • Build scalable processes, capabilities, and organizational capacity to support continued growth
  • Lead modernization, transformation, product, and technology initiatives within Deposit Banking
  • Partner closely with Technology, Marketing, Treasury, Innovation, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other business leaders
  • Establish meaningful performance measures and use data to guide decisions and continuous improvement
  • Develop strong leaders and build a high-performing culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and execution
  • Provide senior leadership with well-developed recommendations supported by data and sound business judgment
  • Balance growth and innovation with exceptional customer experience, operational discipline, and thoughtful risk management

What You Bring:
  • Strong leadership experience within banking or financial services, including meaningful Deposit Banking experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of deposit products, banking operations, digital banking, and the regulatory environment
  • A growth mindset and understanding of how products, pricing, customer acquisition, digital capabilities, service, and operations drive deposit growth
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable results
  • Experience leading growth, transformation, modernization, or significant operational change
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to use data to develop recommendations and make decisions
  • Ability to identify opportunities, challenge traditional approaches appropriately, and build scalable solutions
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build credibility with senior leaders and business partners
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
