Position: Branch Manager
Salary: $80,000-90,000 + Bonus

Job Summary: Lead and manage all aspects of a retail banking branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and deposit growth. This role involves overseeing daily workflows, supervising staff, and driving sales of bank products and services. Here are a few reasons to apply:

Key Responsibilities of the Branch Manager:

  • Mentor, coach, and develop branch team members to achieve sales goals, enhance performance, and deliver exceptional customer service through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management.
  • Manage branch operations including account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing.
  • Coordinate and promote all bank products and services, including cash management solutions.
  • Assist customers in-person and through email, phone, and instant messaging.
  • Schedule and supervise branch staff to maintain service standards.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch, regional, and executive banking leaders, serving as a trusted partner to communicate branch performance, align on strategic initiatives, and drive organizational objectives.

Preferred Skills of the Branch Manager:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of banking experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Sales Experience and experience gaining deposits growth.
  • Detailed knowledge of deposit account opening regulations.
  • Ability to create processes and develop structure in a growing organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for system issues.

Bonus Skills of the Branch Manager:

  • Experience with cash management products and services.
  • Familiarity with banking compliance and audit processes.
