STRATEGIC EXECUTION PARTNER SR COMMERCIAL BANKING ADMINISTRATION
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The role of the Strategic Execution Partner Sr. is to provide support for continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts within the Commercial Business & Product Group division (CBPG). Strategic Execution Partners work closely with CBPG colleagues to lead scoping, planning and execution of organizational initiatives resulting from key business activities and inclusive of organizational communications and training.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Acts as strategic advisor/consultant responsible for developing strong internal partnerships with colleagues to assess business needs and provides ongoing guidance and execution support.
  • Leads stakeholder engagements to define project scope and gain leadership support of identified project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develops project plans, job aids, and training curriculum to support execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Drafts communications plans and artifacts inclusive of informational newsletters, announcements, and leader speaking points and materials; Coordinates broadcast of communication to appropriate audience(s).
  • Manages concurrent projects varying in size and coordinates internal and third-party resources as needed.
  • Monitors project progress and emerging risks or dependencies and provides senior leadership with regular status reporting.
  • Creates and maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation inclusive of meeting notes, project plans, assessment tools, document libraries and SharePoint sites, and deliverables.
  • Establishes project teams and meeting routines, and coordinates internal / external resources to ensure completion of initiatives
  • Assists with creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Strategic Execution teams' practices, tools and templates, and SharePoint assets.
  • Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
  • Completes all required training.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business support function or project management role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a bank or financial services

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in Risk Management, Compliance and/or Regulatory remediation activities preferred
  • Prosci or other industry-recognized organizational change certification preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Understanding of project and change management methodology, management tools and techniques across all project activities.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, manage project timelines and effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams
  • Experience drafting job aids, instructional materials and organization-wide communications
  • Ability to manage resources directly and through cross functional teams
  • Knowledgeable on issues and current trends as they relate to the banking industry's product and services

Compensation
Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
