Job description

We're looking for an initiative driven and dynamic manager

to add to our retail banking team in Berthoud, Colorado!

Adams Bank & Trust is a family owned regional bank with locations in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, and Arizona. We provide Commercial, Agriculture, Retail, Trust, and Financial Advising services, as well as online and app capabilities.

This position directs and oversees all retail service delivery (personal and small business) and daily operations of a branch banking location. Ensures all bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed. Ensures all customers receive prompt and courteous service and that products/services offered meet the needs of the bank's customer base. Works to ensure maximization of customer relationships based on customer need and aligned with the bank's core values. Is the "Sales and Service Champion" of this location and a role model of teamwork within the region.

Is a role model of teamwork. Coaches and develops direct report employees, including assistance with short and long term career planning and employee retention. Understands what motivates their team, is flexible to modify and adapt to work environment needs, and is a working manager. The Retail Branch Manager will know how to do all functions of a banker role in order to lead by example.

Strong communication skills, proven success leading a sales/production team, ability to build relationships with multiple departments and team members, and a comprehensive knowledge of retail banking are all necessary for this role.
