Working in partnership with National Bank Financial Wealth Advisors, you will support clients with complex financial and wealth management needs by delivering tailored financing strategies. Leveraging your credit expertise, business acumen, and ability to build strong relationships, you will help provide a distinctive experience to some of the Bank’s most sophisticated clients.

Your role

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with National Bank Financial Wealth Advisors, acting as their financing partner of choice.
  • Recommend and implement credit and financing solutions tailored to the complex needs of affluent, entrepreneurial, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Structure, analyze, and present sophisticated financing requests by leveraging your credit expertise, sound business judgment, and understanding of entrepreneurial realities.
  • Proactively develop your network of influence within National Bank Financial by participating in meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bank's specialists to deliver an integrated client experience and provide solutions aligned with clients' financial and wealth objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and delivering high-value advisory support.

Your team

As part of the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 sector, you will report to the Senior Manager, Montérégie Region, and join a team of professionals recognized for their expertise in serving affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Based primarily at our Quartier DIX30 office in Brossard, you will act as a key partner to National Bank Financial Wealth Advisors throughout the Montérégie region. You will serve the Brossard, Saint-Hyacinthe, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu markets, contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding business by supporting advisors and their clients with their most complex financing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in financing, commercial credit, private banking, or serving entrepreneurial and high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services for both personal and commercial clients.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, establish credibility, and develop a strong network of partners.
  • Strong sense of initiative, autonomy, agility, and client focus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
