The Senior private Banker - private Banking 1859 is located in the Montreal region.

Your job:

  • Build a relationship of trust with National Bank Financial's wealth management advisors and their wealthy clients
  • Recommend and implement strategic financing solutions tailored to the needs of wealthy clients of National Bank Financial wealth Management Advisors
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for all the services and products offered by the Bank and develop the market for high-end personal clients of National Bank Financial wealth Management Advisors
  • Manage the client journey map in collaboration with the wealth Management Advisor at National Bank Financial, in line with the type of client base and guide clients appropriately to achieve their financial objectives
  • Provide the financial expertise and framework needed to help current generations grow their wealth for the benefit of future generations and, in many cases, charitable organisations
  • Structure complex credit applications
  • Interpret financial data using sophisticated analysis and submit financing and credit renewal applications
  • Manage a credit portfolio by rigourously applying the Bank's risk management standards
  • Help the Bank grow its share of wallet and increase profitability by providing banking solutions to clients based on their profile and objectives
  • Rigorously apply processes and procedures to properly analyse clients' needs and develop an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them
  • Be responsible for the sustainability of the relationship with clients and ensure the profitability of their portfolio
  • If necessary, involve the appropriate specialists and parties in the relationship in order to adequately meet clients' needs

Your team:

You will report to the Senior Manager - Montreal region in commercial Banking and private Banking 1859. Our team stands out for its expertise in the field and in the market.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or master's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of banking products and services in the Personal and commercial Banking sectors
  • Outstanding customer service, business development and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships
  • Accessibility, user-friendliness, proactivity, client-centric attitude, agility and accountability
  • Leadership skills and ability to be autonomous, persevere and work
