Job description

As a Personal Banking Advisor at National Bank’s call centre, you’ll live your ambitions and have a positive impact on your own life as well as on the lives of clients and colleagues. By adopting a friendly approach and providing high-quality advice, you’ll offer clients a people-centric experience as you assist them with their mortgage renewal process.

Your role:

• Contact and take calls from clients with a mortgage contract that is nearing expiry.

• Examine existing mortgage loan files and assess clients’ renewal needs.

• Provide personalized advice on mortgage renewal options, including interest rates, terms and conditions.

• Negotiate and demonstrate the competitive advantages of the loans, insurance coverage and financial services that meet clients’ needs.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Our Client Contact Centre is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Your work schedule will vary and will be available three weeks in advance. Your work schedule will include 2 weeknights until 8:00 p.m., with the possibility of working on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on a rotating basis.

Your team:

You’ll report to the Mortgage Retention Manager and routinely work with a team of a hundred experts specializing in credit, mortgage financing and other areas.

Your training and development:

You'll begin with on-the-job training. You must be available for full-time training 5 days a week. You’ll be able to experience the call centre environment and get to know your colleagues. • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
