WORK EXPERIENCE
• Experience with:
- overall payment processing systems and loan or trade finance related operations
- cash management products and accounting principles
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produces and distributes customer statements and bills
• Provides statement imaging, file transmission, endorsement and encoding, and clearing services
• Produces client and audit exposure statement requests
• Manages offshore resources who contribute to statement processing
• Responds to customer requests for monthly account and annual tax statements
• Verifies balance confirmations
• Addresses scheduled and ad hoc requests from clients
• Creates and maintains customer documentation
• Conducts timely and effective communications with customers
• Creates and maintains reports and procedures
• Streamlines and implements process improvements where possible
• Identifies, resolves and escalates balance confirmation and reporting issues
• Utilizes data to minimize instances of future discrepancies

The typical base pay range for this role is between $79K - $96K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
