What this job involves:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role for Retail Construction Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging Retail projects for a financial services client. You will be part of a team that believes in empowering every individual to thrive and building effective teams through collaboration, both locally and globally while prioritizing innovative ways of working and providing ample opportunities for career growth and advancement. This role involves successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global and matrixed organization

  • Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management

  • Experience leading projects within financial services specifically retail banking

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,000.00 - 117,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
