Job Title: Factory Baker

Position Summary
The Factory Baker is responsible for preparing, mixing, baking, and packaging products according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has experience producing a variety of baked goods, including bagels, sweet treats, and gluten-free products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and measure ingredients accurately by following standardized recipes

  • Prepare and bake gluten-free (GF) products while following proper allergen control procedures
