About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at New Gneration Bakery as an Assistant Baker/Packager! In this role, you will play a key part in creating delicious baked goods that our community loves, while ensuring that every product is perfectly packaged and ready for our customers.
Day Shift,ย  Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cookies.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
  • Package finished products efficiently and accurately for sale.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
