Schedule: Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed Available Shifts: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 3:30 PM-12:00 AM 3 Saints Baking Company is growing and changing, and we are looking for dependable Bakery Production Line Workers / Packers to join our team! Our bakery recently transitioned from a cookie bakery to an exciting new focaccia, toast, and specialty bakery manufacturing operation, creating new opportunities for people who want to be part of a fast-paced food production environment. Position Summary 3 Saints Baking Company is a bakery manufacturing plant. Bakery Production Line Workers / Packers work on the production line and are responsible for packing finished bakery products into containers, labeling products, stacking finished goods, checking product quality, and helping keep the production line moving safely and efficiently. This position requires standing at a conveyor belt for the majority of the shift while handling and packing finished bakery products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work at a steady pace, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Stand at a conveyor belt and pack finished bakery products into containers Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and accuracy Label, stack, count, and organize packaged products Prepare finished products for shipping, storage, or customer orders Follow production schedules, packaging instructions, and supervisor direction Keep the production line moving safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Report product, packaging, equipment, or quality concerns to a supervisor Assist with other production, packing, or bakery manufacturing duties as needed Qualifications Previous bakery, food production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production line experience is helpful but not required Dependable and punctual Ability to work Monday through Friday Ability to work either 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Ability to stand at a conveyor belt for the majority of the shift Ability to bend, lift, move, stack, and remain active throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and support changing business needs
