Partner with the Best

The Technical Support Engineer ensures Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis

As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring operational compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process

24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed

Focusing on preventing failures through active monitoring and corrective action planning

Facilitate or lead incident investigations and develops RCA reports, technical or field bulletins

Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from root cause analysis investigations

Sharing lessons learned with the field population

  • Thorough understanding of P/L technology and Service Delivery requirements
