Job description 

Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas and serve guests.  This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.  

Responsibilities 

  • Produces bakery products and finishes donuts  
  • Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service  
  • Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations  
  • Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment   
  • POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy  
  • Maintains clean workstations and guest areas  
  • Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully  

Operational Standards 

  • Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures  
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency  
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws  

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Fluent in English  
  • Capable of counting money and making change  
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
