About the Role:

As an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager on the AI Agents team, you will create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents that transform our customers' businesses and delight their customers. This customer-facing role blends product thinking, prompt engineering, data-driven insights, and project leadership with Strategic & Fortune 500 companies.

In this role, you'll collaborate with senior Forward-deployed Product Managers and Forward-deployed Engineers (FDEs) to support the build of AI Agent products. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive AI Agent deployments for customers across the lifecycle - from pre-sales to post-launch optimization
  • Define AI roadmaps for the customer's executive team by blending both quantitative analysis and qualitative insights; leverage automated conversation discovery tools in addition to traditional data analysis
  • Iterate prompt & context engineering to achieve customer's use case and intended business outcomes
  • Own designing and running evaluations and A/B tests of AI Agents with Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) using Cresta's agent builder and beta internal tools
  • Improve our playbooks for agent development and customer deployment

What We're Looking For:

You are a pragmatic, results-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at turning ambiguity into execution.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer / Sales Engineer, Revenue & Sales Analyst, Investment Banking, Founder)
  • Hands-on work style - curiosity with a bias for action. You deliver with urgency and care
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
  • Willingness to travel

Bonus Points:

  • Previous exposure via clients or projects to the travel & hospitality, healthcare, insurance, and financial industry domains
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience working closely with AI or LLM-first products

Cresta's approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.

OTE Range: $130,000-$170,000 + Offers Equity
