Job description

Menzies Aviation is seeking a full-time diligent Baggage Service Agent to join our  International and Domestic Team. The Baggage Service Agent plays an important role in ensuring that flights run on time by maintaining detailed records of shipped goods, moving baggage and cargo from aircraft, and guiding aircraft to and from their gates.

Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Previous experience working in an aviation environment, desired.
• U.S. Customs Seal for access to CBP security areas.
• Working knowledge of airport safety procedures
• Ability to work shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely
basis
• Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational
necessity
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraints
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
