Air Train Agents often experience increased passenger volume during peak travel times, such as holidays and major events. Agents must stay calm, communicate clearly, and work efficiently with colleagues to resolve issues and keep trains running on schedule. Teamwork and adaptability are crucial for maintaining a positive passenger experience during these high-traffic periods.
