We are seeking a Field Systems Engineering Integration Lead to serve as the Liaison Between BAE Engineering and Rapid Reprogramming Team at David Monthan AFB, AZ.
In this role you will:
  • Coordinate resource access at DMAFB, BAE Systems Facilities and other USG Testing Facilities.
  • Support integration and reach back support for operational deployments.
  • Perform Data Analysis.
  • Participate in Flight Tests.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 to 8+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Hold an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to acquire SCI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience interfacing with upper management; customer facing
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Pre and Post Flight test design and support
  • Experience performing systems engineering activities

Preferred Skills and Education
  • M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers in other disciplines
  • Previous EC-130 or EA-37B operational experience
