A Day in Your LifeFront Office Responsibilities
  • Welcome every patient and visitor with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a busy appointment schedule, coordinate follow-up visits, and send appointment reminders via phone, text, or email.
  • Answer incoming calls, address patient questions, and direct calls appropriately while maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, collect copays and payments, and accurately document patient information in the EMR.
  • Maintain organized patient records, process paperwork, scan documents, and ensure all information is complete and up to date.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting while creating a positive first impression for every patient.
Back Office Support
  • Room patients, obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare patients for provider visits.
  • Assist providers during examinations and treatments within scope of practice.
  • Perform clinical tasks such as injections, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and other delegated procedures as permitted by state regulations.
  • Coordinate laboratory testing, medication refill requests, referrals, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain exam room cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
  • Support both clinical and administrative teams by stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care.
What You Bring
  • Current Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience (preferred, based on state requirements).
  • Experience in a medical practice, wellness clinic, med spa, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and create an outstanding patient experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using EMR systems, scheduling software, and standard computer applications.
