TheData Operations Analystwill join the Technology function, solving complex data problems for theRevecoreData Platform.The ideal candidate will contribute to platform and automation improvements while working closely with Data Engineering to support data ingestion, pipelines, and data operations.Responsibleformanagingandoptimizingtheday-to-day file delivery and ingestion process.

What You'll Do

  • Support production data operations, including troubleshooting data issues, pipeline failures, and file delivery incidents.
  • Drivethe design and implementation of end-to-end data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability across data pipelines.
  • Build and maintain automated data validation and monitoring processes to proactively detect and resolve data issues.
  • Analyze data toidentifytrends, anomalies, and root causes, and drive improvements to systems and processes.
  • Design andoptimizecomplex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data analysis and operational workflows.
  • Oversee data reconciliation across systems, ensuring high data fidelity and alignment.
  • Support and troubleshoot data pipeline orchestration, including components built in C# and other backend technologies.
  • Assistinmaintainingand enhancing applications used for data movement, transformation, and delivery.
  • Contribute to modernization efforts byhelping transitioninglegacydata workflows and file transfers.
  • Support deployment and release processes, including CI/CD pipelines and environment consistency.
  • Build and enhance monitoring and alerting frameworks to provide visibility into pipeline health, data quality, and operational performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve high-impact data issuesin a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data ingestion, file processing, and pipeline operations.
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance of data workflows.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience working with file-based data integrations (e.g., SFTP, flat files, EDI) and troubleshooting file delivery issues.
  • Strong experience with SQL (T-SQL)and Snowflakefor querying, performance tuning, and troubleshooting isrequired.
  • Experience withPython forscripting, automation, and data workflows.
  • Strongproficiencyin C#, with experience supporting or enhancing data-related applications used for orchestration, transformation, and file processing.
  • Experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support legacy systems while contributing to modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and deployment best practices.
  • Understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and release processes.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex data and system issues.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Experience mentoring team members and promoting data quality best practices.
