We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support Trading & Supply technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commodity trading environments with hands-on experience in the Endur platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, drive solution delivery, and improve critical business processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support Endur implementations, enhancements, and production initiatives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and QA teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong experience in Trading & Supply or Commodity Trading environments.
