This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, paired with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Back Bay Physical Therapy, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients of all ages, assessing their physical function and determining appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment interventions that align with each patient's individual goals and recovery trajectory.
  • Regularly evaluate patient progress through formal reassessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and treatment plans within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with our documentation standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, recovery strategies, and potential challenges, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
  • Meet defined clinical utilization goals and contribute towards other business objectives aimed at enhancing service delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other therapeutic disciplines to ensure a coordinated approach for patients requiring multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
