Back Bay Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Lakewood, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Back Bay Physical Therapy, you will:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, particularly children, to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client, leveraging evidence-based practices and the latest research in physical therapy.
  • Regularly reassess patients’ clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust therapy goals and interventions accordingly.
  • Document all patient interactions meticulously, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, using our electronic health record system to maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and potential challenges they may face throughout their recovery journeys.
  • Meet established utilization goals and other performance expectations as mandated by the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines within Back Bay Physical Therapy to provide comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.
  • Serve as a representative of our culture and uphold our core values, fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be vital in working with a diverse patient population, including children with developmental delays, adults recovering from surgery, and elderly individuals addressing mobility challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and unrestricted physical therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience
