Back Bay Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient office located in Paterson, New Jersey. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, paired with a comprehensive benefits package. Join us in our modern and welcoming outpatient office situated in Paterson, New Jersey, where you will have the opportunity to work onsite alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Back Bay Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients of all ages, assessing their physical function and determining appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment interventions that align with each patient's individual goals and recovery trajectory.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress through formal reassessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and treatment plans within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with our documentation standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, recovery strategies, and potential challenges, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Meet defined clinical utilization goals and contribute towards other business objectives aimed at enhancing service delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other therapeutic disciplines to ensure a coordinated approach for patients requiring multiple services.
• Promote and embody the core values of Back Bay Physical Therapy, advocating for our mission and vision in all professional interactions.

We serve a diverse range of patients, including children and adults with various physical therapy needs stemming from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and developmental issues. The ideal candidate for the Physical Therapist position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Master's or DPT preferred).
• Current and valid licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Willingness to provide both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments, adapting to the needs of our patients.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse patient populations, exhibiting cultural sensitivity and engagement.
• Strong flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
• A passion for excellent patient care and service, with a focus on positive therapeutic relationships.

While not mandatory, previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial. Experience with telehealth services is also a plus, as we continue to integrate modern technologies into our practice.
