Position Details:
  • Location: New Port Richey, FL - North Bay Surgery
  • Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary)
  • Days: Monday - Friday

Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • The Office Coordinator will coordinate up to 10 office practice site team members within BayCare Medical Group.
  • This coordination includes but is not limited to scheduling, work assignments and general oversight of all front and back-office activities including patient appointments, conferences, meetings, seminars, insurance billing, assisting with daily deposit, and patient flow.
  • Provide training, assisting with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintains a professional office atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary.
Qualifications:
Education
  • Required High School or Equivalent

Experience
  • Required Experience: 2 years in a health delivery setting
  • Preferred Experience: in a Supervisory, Coordinator, Team Leader, or Management role.
