Job description

Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch, located in Wesley Chapel, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Cafe Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Take and prepare food and drink orders, including gourmet coffees and lattes, beer and wine, flatbreads, paninis, wraps, and light café offerings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized café, bar, and service area
  • Demonstrate responsible cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy
  • Assist with restocking, setup, and breakdown of café items as needed
  • Deliver a welcoming and positive member experience at all times
Qualifications:
  • Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and hospitality-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous café, barista, or food and beverage experience preferred (training provided)
Additional Information:
  • Evening and weekend availability required
