About the Role

Team Leaders are a vital part of Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch's leadership structure and serve as the driving force behind daily operations. In this role, you will lead the Front of House team to ensure every guest receives exceptional food and the unparalleled hospitality that defines the Chick-fil-A brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach, support, and guide team members while modeling excellence in service, operations, and teamwork.

Schedule

  • Morning/Daytime or Evening/Nighttime shifts (5:30 AM - 11:30 PM)

Requirements

  • Prior Chick-fil-A experience required, including a minimum of one (1) year of Chick-fil-A shift-leading experience
  • Experience as a leader or completion of a leadership development course
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using POS systems and order-taking technology
  • Ability to multitask with minimal direction
  • Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Customer-service-focused mindset
Responsibilities
  • Communicate employee performance feedback and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team
  • Partner with leadership to ensure appropriate daily staffing levels
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Drive tactical business results through daily and hourly objectives
  • Maintain respectful and professional working relationships
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Front of House processes
  • Support inventory and facilities management
  • Execute opening/closing procedures
  • Operate POS and order-taking technology at front counter, drive-thru, and outside order-taking
  • Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Assist in all team member positions as needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand and menu
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
