What You'll Do
  • Deliver personalized care, including medication assistance and support with personal care tasks
  • Carry out each resident's individualized Plan of Care using therapeutic techniques suited to their needs
  • Keep residents, families, staff, and volunteers informed, flagging changes or concerns to your supervisor
  • Keep resident records accurate and in line with facility, state, and federal standards
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment and respond to resident and household needs
  • Take part in required meetings, in-service training, and online education modules
  • Work alongside your team to support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
