In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing Program Management and Owner's Representative opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate will be highly connected, an exceptional relationship-builder, and skilled at opening doors with clients pursuing projects ranging from $25 million to $500 million. Experience within the education, aviation, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors is highly desirable.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Prolego's target markets, services, resources, and strategic objectives
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with company growth goals
  • Develop client-specific and opportunity-specific pursuit strategies
  • Lead Go/No-Go discussions and support strategic pursuit decisions
  • Coordinate internal teams to effectively position the company for targeted opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, program managers, consultants, and industry stakeholders
  • Identify and actively participate in networking events, industry organizations, and business development activities
  • Research and identify prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities nationwide
  • Meet with potential clients to understand project needs, objectives, and procurement strategies
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support long-term business growth
  • Lead proposal development efforts and coordinate interview preparation activities
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to align pursuits with company capabilities and strategic priorities

  • Track and manage business development activities and client interactions
  • Support the development of long-term client relationships that generate repeat business opportunities
  • Represent Prolego professionally within the construction, program management, and consulting industries
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related role within the construction or professional services industry preferred
  • Experience pursuing Program Management, Owner's Representative, Construction Management, or related consulting opportunities
  • Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers within target markets
  • Experience with education, aviation, pharmaceutical, and healthcare projects strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies
  • Experience leading proposal efforts, presentations, and client interviews
  • Ability to travel as needed to support business development efforts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms preferred
