Description

This position is expected to understand, propose, educate, support, and help implement new business processes through business operations and new systems for external and internal customers. Extended onsite time may be required to assist customers with special projects and day-to-day support. Other tasks will include customer support (remote and onsite), regression testing, project testing, documentation, and training.

Requirements

  Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements, document them in standard      formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the      existing framework
  • Ensure customer success through strong customer service skills and      understanding of the customer's goals and objectives
  • Develop wireframes, flowcharts, swim-lanes to detail and explain      business workflows
  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated      systems that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Plan and execute unit, integration and user acceptance testing
  • Support data conversions; local system rollouts; exercise any      required project management and execute all work in alignment with the      company's systems plans.

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent education/work experience
  • Bachelor's      degree in Business or Computer Science
  • 5+      years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development      capacity
  • High      proficiency with SQL language and database management
  • Proven      analytical abilities
  • Practical      experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent      communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong      working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
  • Proven      capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Experience      with software solutions and support
  • Extensive      experience with data visualization
  • Highly      proficient technical writing capabilities
  • Enertia      or Oil/Gas ERP experience strongly preferred. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Travel is required depending on projects. This could be up to 50%.
