Job Description

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and market share growth for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within a defined geographic territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing clinical support to healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for Bard Peripheral Vascular product lines.

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the territory.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service trainings to educate customers on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of Bard Peripheral Vascular devices.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Manage territory expenses effectively and submit accurate and timely reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within the company's CRM system.

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably within the cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, or interventional radiology space.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospital systems, reimbursement, and purchasing processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Clinical background (e.g., RN, RT, RCIS) is a plus.
