THE POSITION

  • Permanent, full-time salaried position.
  • Royal Parade, Parkville, VIC
  • Ensuring Availability and reliability of supported systems.
  • Timely resolution of infrastructure-related incidents and requests.
  • Compliance with security, patching, and operational standards.
  • Accurate technical documentation.
  • Successful execution of change and maintenance activities.
  • Positive stakeholder and customer experience.

THE PERSON

  • Demonstrated experience in a System Administrator or Infrastructure Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
  • Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting healthcare, hospital, aged care, or highly regulated environments (desirable).
  • Experience with Azure cloud services (desirable).
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow (desirable).
  • Experience with automation using PowerShell (desirable).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and operational controls (desirable).
