Job description

Azteca Milling LP, which is responsible for producing MASECA, is a subsidiary of Gruma Corporation. With more than 60 years of experience, Gruma is the largest producer of corn masa flour in the world. Azteca Milling L.P. is currently seeking a Replenishment Manager, this position is responsible for managing inventory flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of products to customers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service levels, minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory, and supporting retail partners through efficient order and data management.

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality
  • Ensure purchase orders are received daily; review routing, confirm appointments, and coordinate pickups
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
  • Manage order accuracy, fill rates, and service level performance metrics
  • Support retail partners (e.g., Walmart) with order flow, item setup, and data accuracy
  • Analyze deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies related to orders and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, lead times, and delivery windows
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales reports by DC and by store
  • Work with platforms such as Repositrack, Syndigo, and Luminate
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize replenishment and inventory management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or supply chain roles * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
