• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to suit diverse mental health issues.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to create coordinated care strategies that promote comprehensive client well-being.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, bringing your expertise and empathy to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

The clients served by Azalea Counseling Services represent a wide spectrum of backgrounds, including varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. • Must hold an independent and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, providing effective support to clients from various backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation and client records.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with underserved populations, particularly in urban environments.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery models.
• Participation in continuous professional development related to mental health care and therapeutic practices.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
