Position Overview

Axiom Learning is seeking a School Success Specialist to partner with K-12 schools and districts as they implement Executive Functioning programs and technology solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of educational leadership, professional development, implementation coaching, and customer success. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to administrators, instructional leaders, and teachers, helping schools move beyond software adoption toward meaningful instructional change.

The ideal candidate has experience leading educators, facilitating professional learning, coaching teachers, and driving school-wide initiatives. They understand the realities of K-12 education and can confidently work with everyone from classroom teachers to district administrators.

This is a highly collaborative and largely remote role requiring strong initiative, organization, and the ability to manage multiple school partnerships simultaneously.


What Success Looks Like

Successful School Success Specialist:

  • Build trusted relationships with school and district leaders.
  • Lead engaging professional development sessions that educators find practical and valuable.
  • Help schools successfully integrate Executive Functioning practices into everyday instruction.
  • Use data, feedback, and observation to identify implementation challenges and opportunities.
  • Proactively guide schools toward stronger outcomes and long-term success.
  • Serve as the voice of educators internally, helping improve products, training, and implementation practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Partnership Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned school and district partners.
  • Lead onboarding, implementation planning, and ongoing success conversations.
  • Facilitate quarterly implementation reviews and strategic check-ins.
  • Build strong relationships with administrators, instructional leaders, counselors, and teachers.
Professional Development & Coaching
  • Design and deliver engaging virtual professional development sessions for educators and school leaders.
  • Coach teachers and implementation leaders on effective Executive Functioning instruction and integration.
  • Support schools in translating training into sustainable classroom practice.
  • Adapt training and implementation support based on school-specific needs.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor implementation progress, software adoption, and program effectiveness.
  • Analyze usage trends, feedback, and implementation data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine training materials, implementation strategies, and product enhancements.
  • Document best practices and create resources that support successful school adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support school outcomes.
  • Advocate for educator and student needs during product development and improvement discussions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of Axiom's implementation model and professional learning offerings.
