Seeking a Lead Developer with strong experience in AWS cloud technologies, Apache Flink, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud-native application development. This role will support enterprise-level software engineering initiatives focused on scalable backend systems, streaming data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern distributed technologies and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Development experience with cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS services
  • Development experience with Apache Flink pipeline jobs
  • Experience with AWS services including:

    • EKS
    • Lambda
    • API Gateway
    • DynamoDB
    • S3
    • Step Functions

  • Experience with Golang development for EKS and Lambda
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Foundational knowledge of Java programming
  • Understanding of core Spring Boot concepts
  • Familiarity with RESTful API principles
  • Basic understanding of Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Software Development


  • Design, develop, code, and test new features and applications using Java and Spring Boot

API Development


  • Build and maintain RESTful web services supporting integrations and data exchange

Messaging & Streaming


  • Develop and maintain Kafka-based streaming and asynchronous communication systems

Cloud Infrastructure


  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS using services such as EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and Step Functions

Infrastructure as Code


  • Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform

Data Processing


  • Develop and maintain Apache Flink pipeline jobs for enterprise data processing and analytics

Collaboration


  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC

Testing & Debugging


  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
