You will support learners through personalized mentorship, technical deep-dives, and group Q&A sessions, helping them build strong, real-world cloud engineering skills.
The position combines hands-on AWS and DevOps expertise with a strong educational and coaching component, making it ideal for experienced engineers who enjoy teaching and knowledge sharing.
You will guide students through complex topics such as cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation while helping them overcome real project challenges.
The environment is flexible, remote-friendly, and project-based, allowing you to contribute alongside your current professional commitments.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 mentorship sessions to support learners in understanding AWS Cloud and DevOps concepts.
  • Conduct technical deep-dive sessions, including concept walkthroughs and project-based guidance.
  • Host group Q&A sessions to resolve learner questions and reinforce course material.
  • Review student project submissions and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Prepare and present learning materials, including slides for concept explanations and project breakdowns.
  • Guide learners through AWS services, cloud architecture, and best practices in real-world scenarios.
  • Support learners in CI/CD, containerization, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment through clear communication and mentorship.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, or related technical fields.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, SNS, and Elastic Beanstalk.
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking, load balancing, autoscaling, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures and AWS Lambda-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable cloud systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and teaching.
