Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and public services. They are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to manage system resources in the AWS government cloud environment for a client’s ServiceNow implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Perform OS and ServiceNow upgrades / patches and maintaining overall platform stability – Systems include: ServiceNow application servers, ServiceNow MID servers, application load balancers, databases and external connections to other systems
• Manage all system resources deployed in AWS government cloud environment for the client self-hosted ServiceNow implementation
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of experience working in cloud platform environments
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server administration
• Active TS/SCI is required
Preferred:
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform)
• ServiceNow certification
