Job description

Since 1967, Jet Aviation has been crafting flight in its smoothest form. From one hangar in Basel, Switzerland, to over 4,500 employees, and some 50 locations worldwide. Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Government Services, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing. Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. The artisans of aviation. The craft that brings our customers' journey to life. In the hangar, on the ground, and behind the scenes. Enabling global flight, with passion.

Be part of the team that keeps every journey moving.
At our West Palm Beach location, the Line & Ramp team helps create the first and last impression of the Jet Aviation experience. Whether supporting aircraft on the ramp, assisting crew and passengers, or helping the operation run smoothly behind the scenes, this team plays a vital role every day.

We are always excited to connect with people who are energized by hands-on work, enjoy being part of a close-knit team, and take pride in delivering safe, reliable, high-quality service.
What the role can look like
No two days look exactly the same, and that is part of what makes this work rewarding. In this role, you may support aircraft arrivals and departures, help with ground service equipment, assist crew and passengers with luggage or transportation needs, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized operating environment

This is active, team-based work in a dynamic aviation setting where safety, professionalism, and service all matter.
What kind of person tends to do well here
You may be a strong fit if you:
  • enjoy active, fast-paced work and being part of a team that relies on one another,
  • take pride in doing things the right way and staying focused in a safety-sensitive environment,
  • like helping people and being part of a service-driven experience,
  • are comfortable working outdoors and staying flexible as business needs shift,
  • are interested in building new skills and growing your path in aviation.
Previous line service, ramp, mechanical, transportation, military, warehouse, automotive, hospitality, or other hands-on service experience can be helpful, but it is not the only path in. We are also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
 Why Jet Aviation
People join Jet Aviation for different reasons, but many stay because they find more than a job. They find a team they can rely on, a company with global stability, and opportunities to grow across locations and functions over time. We are proud of our heritage, our standards, and the people who make this company what it is.

At Jet Aviation, every role matters. The work happening on the ramp is essential to the trust our customers place in us, and we value the people who bring consistency, care, and pride to that work every day.
 Compensation and Schedule
The expected hourly range for this opportunity is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and alignment with the role.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility is important. If there are schedule restrictions or availability considerations we should know about, we encourage you to share them in your application.
 Interested?
If you enjoy helping people, creating a welcoming experience, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day, we would love to hear from you. We welcome interest from candidates who may be a fit for current or upcoming opportunities at this location.

At Jet Aviation eligible employees can enjoy a comprehensive package that fuels your passions both inside and outside of work. Your health and well-being matter to us.  That's why we offer a competitive benefit package that includes health, dental & vision insurance, matching 401(k), health savings and flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance programs, health and wellness awards, generous paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts and more.
