We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive data-informed marketing initiatives and support revenue growth within the aerospace sector. This role combines advanced analytics, market intelligence, and hands-on campaign support with executive-level presentation and storytelling capabilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, translates complex data into actionable insights, and partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.


Strategic Marketing & Revenue Support

  • Apply strong marketing and sales acumen to support revenue growth strategies within the aerospace manufacturing sector
  • Partner with leadership to identify market opportunities, refine positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives

Advanced Presentation & Storytelling

  • Develop high-impact, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with exceptional speed and quality
  • Translate complex data, strategies, and insights into clear, compelling narratives with strong visual design

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Conduct rapid, in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments
  • Evaluate market direction, channel effectiveness, cost benchmarks, and positioning opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance across digital and traditional channels (email, social, events, web, etc.)
  • Track and report key marketing KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates

  • Support end-to-end coordination of events, including logistics, booth strategy, messaging, and executive alignment
  • Ensure strong brand presence and ROI from industry engagements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution
  • Support integrated planning across departments to drive efficiency and impact

Customer & Market Insights

  • Develop deep insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-backed analysis of customer and market trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, strategic marketing support, or similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated design and storytelling expertise
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics/reporting tools
  • Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications
