We are looking for brokers who understand the market and have a proven track record of identifying sales leads right through to establishing long term client relationships. You will need to be commercially astute, driven by reaching financial targets and being a team player. In return, we offer:

Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2-year proven experience in a sales environment (charter sales operator/broker) or similar role
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations is advantageous
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to analyze and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Provide accurate price quoting to brokers and direct customers in a timely manner
  • Field high number of calls and emails and produce quotes in an expedited fashion
  • Maintain an accurate customer and broker database
  • Foster & nurture relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding objectives each month by meeting key performance indicators and sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and within the team
  • Spanish language is advantageous
  • Computer literate and experience with Aviation software
