Position: Airfield Operations Specialist โ€“ AI Trainer Type: Contract Compensation: $50-$98/hr Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Review and assess AI-generated content related to airfield operations, ground logistics, and safety procedures. Provide expert feedback and corrections to enhance the accuracy, clarity, and operational relevance of AI outputs. Ensure all AI-generated materials align with current regulatory standards, safety protocols, and operational requirements.

Develop, validate, and update training content covering runway operations, aircraft movement, emergency procedures, and weather considerations. Collaborate with machine learning engineers and content teams to improve annotation standards and data quality. Identify outdated practices, inaccuracies, or irrelevant assumptions in AI responses and recommend corrections.

Promote best practices in airfield safety, compliance, and operational excellence within a remote work environment. Requirements Hands-on experience as an Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or similar aviation role. Strong understanding of runway safety, aircraft movement, and FAA/ICAO regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with airport operational systems such as NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, and airfield inspections. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical aviation concepts clearly. Ability to work independently in a structured remote review or annotation setting.
