Position Summary:  


We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused pilot to join our team operating the Phenom 300. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring full compliance with all FAA regulations, company procedures, and high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a commitment to operational excellence and professionalism. 


This is an on-demand, non-rotational position on a two-pilot account. Candidates must reside locally and be within approximately 90 minutes of the assigned base.

Requirements


Essential Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
  • Participate in all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including flight planning, weather analysis, and aircraft inspections 
  • Ensure the aircraft is airworthy and equipped for each mission, including fuel planning and weight/balance calculations
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel throughout the duration of each flight 
  • Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and records as required  
  • Provide exceptional service to passengers, ensuring comfort, safety, and discretion at all times  
  • Work in close coordination with the co-pilot (if applicable), maintenance, and operations teams to support flight readiness
  • Remain current and qualified in all required aircraft systems, regulations, and procedures through regular training and recurrent checks

Qualifications:

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP)
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate 
  • Type Rating in Phenom 300 (preferred) or willingness to obtain through company-sponsored training 

Minimum Flight Experience:

  • 3,000 total flight hours
  • 1,500 hours PIC
  • 250 hours PIC in type preferred
  • 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine
  • Experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace procedures, and safety protocols
  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and discretion when working with high-net-worth individuals or sensitive operations

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and international trips
  • Must be available for on-call duty, weekends, and holidays as needed 
  • Capable of lifting and loading baggage or equipment as required  
  • Extended periods in the aircraft cockpit environment
