Mission Command Systems Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
What You'll Work On:
  • Design, develop, and maintain digital products such as overlays, graphics, and data sets to support OPORDs and other mission-critical documents.
  • Ensure digital products align with HICOM intent, operational requirements, and doctrinal standards.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain mission command systems such as Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI), and other digital platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and integration to enhance operational planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with HICOM staff to translate operational requirements into actionable digital solutions.
  • Support the development and dissemination of digital OPORDs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability across all echelons.
  • Conduct system checks, updates, and integration tests to ensure mission command systems are fully operational and interoperable.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions during training and operations.
  • Work closely with planners, HICOM staff, and other stakeholders to ensure digital products meet operational needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and operational staff to bridge gaps in understanding and execution.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience operating Army Mission Command Information Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military
  • Completion of the Digital Master Gunner (DMG) Course

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
  • Experience successfully serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
