Job description

This company has been repairing and servicing aircraft windows for nearly 40 years. They support commercial and military aviation customers and have built a reputation for quality, precision, and customer service.

In this Customer Account Specialist role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping coordinate repairs, communicate inspection findings, prepare quotes, and resolve customer concerns. You'll work closely with multiple departments in a professional office environment where your communication and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

This is a full-time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity. It's a great way to get your foot in the door with the growing aerospace industry while gaining valuable experience with a respected company that offers excellent benefits, quarterly bonuses, and long-term career stability upon permanent hire.

Customer Account Specialist Duties:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers 
o Investigate customer concerns, identify solutions, and coordinate resolutions
o Generate and submit repair quotes based on customer requirements and repair findings
o Communicate inspection findings and repair information to customers
o Process work orders, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, pricing, and delivery information within the ERP system

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Customer Account Specialist Requirements:
o At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
o High School Diploma or GED
o Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel for basic formulas and tables
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
