Job description

Summary:
The Director of Jet Card Sales is responsible for selling new Jet Card Memberships and renewing existing Jet Card Member Agreements. The Director is expected manage all steps of the sales process from lead generation through new customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve assigned sales quota of new Jet Card Members.
  2. Manage renewal process of existing Jet Card Members.
  3. Prepare proposals, conduct live presentations, and negotiate sales contracts.
  4. Engage local communities through third party event participation and planning of company owned local events.
  5. Work closely with assigned Private Aviation Advisor (Sales Development Representative) and guide them on daily initiatives to drive qualified prospect meetings onto your calendar.
  6. Generate new outbound leads & promptly respond to in-bound leads.
  7.  Adoption of all tech suit tools to maximize performance.
  8.  Analyze and interpret pipeline data to make informed decisions on daily tasks.
  9. Cold call via Phone, Email, Text, and Video.
  10. Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.
  11. Service prospects a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of the services, competitors, and aircraft capabilities.
  12. Develop close working relationship with Client Services and be a constant advocate for the customer.
  13. Create meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with local network referral partners.
  14. Meet and greet current members and prospects for flights as needed.
  15. Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company.
  16. Regular and predictable attendance.
  17. Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.
  18. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of high-end/executive level sales and public contract experience required, Aviation or luxury brand preferred
  • Proven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing, and implementing contracts required
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Majority of work is completed in a normal office work environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions
  • Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
Physical Requirements:
  • This position follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work 3–4 days per week from the local base and may work 1–2 days remotely from home, depending on team needs and business priorities.

 Compensation: 
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members.  Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.  Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with 6% company match, paid time off and company paid life and short-term disability coverage
