Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)  Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conducts psychosocial assessments and provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and other clinical social work services.
  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patientsโ€™ mental health and psychosocial needs.
  • Collaborates with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care, referrals, and support services.
  • Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other duties within the scope of licensure as assigned

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Current, valid, and unrestricted North Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
  • Minimum of 2 years + of recent experience as a LCSW
  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
