Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

A full-time opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing telehealth services. In this role, you will support individuals through virtual counseling, clinical assessments, and treatment planning while helping them navigate mental health and life-related challenges. This is a straightforward clinical position with a predictable weekday schedule and a clear focus on patient care.

Position: Full-Time
Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote therapy and behavioral health support to assigned clients
  • Complete intake evaluations and establish treatment objectives
  • Track client progress through regular sessions and follow-up care
  • Maintain compliant and organized clinical documentation
  • Identify risk factors and respond according to clinical protocols
  • Coordinate referrals or outside services when necessary

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
