The Company:

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.

THE HISTORY:

Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 24 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children, aged 1-12. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20per hr up to $45per hr.

And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead coach in the delivery of a dynamic and inspiring class, ensuring each child is engaged and challenged, and supporting them in achieving their motor development goals while fostering a passion for movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and enjoyable manner.
  • Demonstrate effective and concise communication by reporting any issues to the office and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Adhere to punctuality by arriving for class 15 minutes before the start time.
  • Proficiently set up and dismantle equipment.
  • Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children, offering personalized guidance and support.

Compensation starts at $20.00/hour for Coach positions and rates can increase up to $45.00/hour
