We are Louisiana's longest-running AV company, serving many of the state's largest and best-known organizations. Our AV integration company specializes in custom audiovisual solutions for corporate, education, government, and event spaces. Our team is passionate about delivering high-performance systems and legendary service from design to installation and ongoing support. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven, coachable AV Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our footprint.


Position Summary

This is a ground-floor sales opportunity built for someone who is hungry, disciplined, and ready to build a career in a high-growth industry. You don't need to arrive knowing anything about AV we'll train you on the technology. What you do need to bring is a relentless work ethic, a hunter's mentality, and the emotional intelligence to build real client relationships. If you're a recent college or junior college graduate or sales professional with successful B2B sales and you're looking for a role where your effort directly drives your income, keep reading.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a minimum of 25 daily prospecting activities including phone calls, emails, text outreach, and social media prospecting
  • Schedule and conduct at least 5 in-person meetings per week with qualified, new client prospects within 2 months of start date
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by proactively identifying new business opportunities
  • Conduct clients needs assessments and collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop tailored AV solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and scopes of work with support from your team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client presentations
  • Stay curious continuously learn about AV technology, industry trends, and your clients' worlds

What We're Looking For

  • Recent college graduate or 12 years of outside successful B2B sales experience
  • Associate or bachelors degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business
  • Hunter Mentality: This is not a Farmers role with an existing account base. You actively seek out leads, aren't afraid to cold call, and take ownership of driving new business; not waiting for it to come to you
  • High EQ & Active Listening: You can read a room, pick up on hesitation, and tailor your approach to build genuine trust with clients
  • Resilience: Rejection doesn't derail you it drives you. You bounce back fast and stay focused on results
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you present with confidence and handle objections without flinching
  • Adaptability: You pivot quickly based on feedback and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder conversations
  • Organizational Discipline: Meticulous follow-up, strong time management, and comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Coachable: You genuinely want to grow, welcome feedback, and are committed to sharpening your sales craft
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed via your own reliable transportation.

What We Offer

  • $45,000 base salary plus unlimited commission paid quarterly
  • First-year OTE: $65,000$85,000; $100,000+ if goals are exceeded!
