Type : Contrat / mission de services professionnels
Lieu : Hybride – télétravail au Canada ou présentiel dans la région de Québec
Langue de travail : Français (obligatoire à l'oral et à l'écrit)
Disponibilité : Dès le début du mandat, à temps plein (35 h/semaine, du lundi au vendredi)

Contexte
Nous recherchons deux chargés de projet TI seniors pour coordonner des projets de développement et d'infrastructure technologique dans un environnement institutionnel d'envergure.

Exigences obligatoires

  • 10 années d'expérience en technologies de l'information, dont 8 années à titre de chargé de projet TI.
  • Avoir agi comme chargé de projet dans deux mandats de développement de 1 000 j-p chacun, avec un minimum de 200 j-p réalisés par mandat, incluant la coordination d'équipes.
  • Avoir agi dans deux mandats de 2 000 j-p (minimum 220 j-p) à titre de chargé de projet TI, dans un contexte organisationnel et de projets TI comparable à celui d'une grande organisation publique.

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer et suivre les échéanciers, gérer les budgets et la portée.
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques et collaborer avec les parties prenantes métier et TI.
  • Identifier, suivre et gérer les risques, incidents et dépendances liés aux infrastructures.
  • Suivre la progression des livrables et ajuster en fonction des écarts.
  • Participer à la planification, à la coordination et au suivi de projets liés aux développements TI.

Atouts

  • 3 ans d'expérience avec une méthodologie de développement (Macroscope, P+, Guide vert, DID, GPS ou équivalent).
  • Maîtrise en gestion de projet ou certification PMP (PMI).
  • 2 ans d'expérience en gestion financière et suivi de planification avec MS Project.

Conditions

  • Vérification d'antécédents judiciaires liés à l'objet du mandat.
  • Mode hybride au choix de la ressource; déplacements ponctuels dans la région de Québec possibles (max. 2 fois/an).
