Job description

Company Description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Shape how a market-leading manufacturer runs.

Techo-Bloc is North America’s most recognized name in concrete pavers, retaining walls and masonry — and we’re in the middle of a digital transformation. We’ve just rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and we need a sharp, curious Business Analyst to help us get the most out of it. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology and every department in the business, turning real-world problems into elegant solutions. If you love digging into processes, bridging the gap between people and systems, and seeing your work have tangible impact, this is your role.

Headquartered just steps from Quartier Dix30 on Montreal’s South Shore, Techo-Bloc is the product innovation leader in its industry. Our pavers, retaining walls and masonry materials set the standard for beauty, quality and durability. We’re a growing company that moves fast, invests in its people and rewards those who make things better.

Job Description

Reporting to the ERP Manager, you’ll be central to the ongoing evolution of our D365 F&O platform — supporting analysis, testing and implementation of new features across every major business process: procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, manufacture-to-stock and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with subject matter experts and department leads to capture business needs, map end-to-end processes, and translate them into clear, actionable D365 requirements.
  • Act as the trusted bridge between business stakeholders and IT — making sure both sides understand each other and move in the same direction.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and document current- and future-state processes; create clear SOPs that people actually use.
  • Lead governance and change management through prioritization, impact assessment, QA, UAT and end-user training — so changes land smoothly.
  • Evaluate competing solutions, flag risks and help the team make smart, informed decisions on system enhancements.
  • Champion continuous improvement — spotting inefficiencies and proposing better ways to work.
  • Collaborate with external partners (VARs) and support integration projects that extend the value of D365.
  • Build and support automated testing practices to keep the system stable and regressions caught before they reach users.
Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) — this is essential.
  • Proven ability to gather, interpret and document complex business requirements and convert them into use cases.
  • Fluency in both Agile/Lean and Waterfall methodologies — you know when to use which.
  • Strong communication skills — you can present to executives, write clear documentation, and facilitate workshops with ease.
  • A knack for problem-solving and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing projects and deliverables end-to-end.
  • Background in manufacturing operations — you understand the shop floor as well as the back office.
  • Familiarity with VAR partner relationships and ERP integration projects.
