Join a Team Building High-Performance AV Experiences
We're looking for an experienced AV/VTC Installation Technician to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge commercial audio visual and videoconferencing solutions. If you enjoy hands-on installation work, solving technical challenges in the field, and working with industry-leading technologies, this is an opportunity to work on exciting projects alongside skilled professionals.
This is a field-based role where you'll collaborate closely with technicians, site leads, and project teams to install and support advanced AV and VTC systems for commercial environments.
What You'll Do
  • Install and terminate AV cabling, including copper and fiber connections
  • Install commercial AV systems and control platforms such as Crestron, Extron, and AMX
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot videoconferencing solutions including Polycom, Cisco, and LifeSize
  • Read and interpret AV engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Rack, mount, and integrate AV equipment in professional environments
  • Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized
  • Collaborate with site leads and team members to complete projects on time
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on-site

What We're Looking For
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience installing commercial AV systems
  • Strong experience pulling, terminating, and testing AV cabling
  • Experience working with major AV manufacturers and control systems
  • Knowledge of commercial videoconferencing technologies
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
  • CTS, Crestron, Extron, or AMX certifications
  • Fiber termination experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working in enterprise, government, or large commercial environments
