Be a current University of Florida student in good standing and majoring in business-related field.
Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with 20 hours maximum.
Job Description:
This student position, part of Auxiliary Accounting and Tax Services within the CFO Division, is responsible for providing support and assisting with daily operations and special projects. Daily responsibilities include compiling financial data for report development, entering information into financial systems, compiling metrics, supporting department databases, and providing customer service to departments, colleges, and others. The supervisor seeks individuals excited to learn about financial operations with strong attention to detail and customer service.
Expected Salary:
$16 per hour
Preferred:
Ability to communicate and work well as part of a team. Organized approach and excellent time management skills. Prior customer service skills are preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
